NYO CHEER gives a HUGE thanks to “IN A SNAP! Cheer Camps and Choreography” for leading us in to a fantastic 2018 cheer season!

Lori Morrow and her talented team coached NYO cheerleaders in our summer camps and pre-season clinics helping us gear up for our quickly approaching season.  They have continued to work with our squads on an individual basis to brush up on basic skills while teaching new routines to keep our program sharp and up-to-date on all things cheer.

Margaret Bryant, NYO Cheer Commissioner says, “Lori and I have had a fantastic working relationship over the past few years.  She is always willing to jump in and help us out in any way needed at a moments notice.  Having Lori and her coaches running our summer cheer camps, pre-season clinics and helping out individual squads has been a huge asset.  The support and skills they have offered our coaches have helped streamline our program, encourage teamwork and work toward our season’s goals.”

While serving as Head Coach of Competitive Cheerleading at UGA, Lori held small clinics with local schools.  This eventually grew to several camps throughout Northeast and South Georgia.  Thus “IN A SNAP! Cheer Camps and Choreography” was born.  Over the last 10 years her workshops have continued to expand as the diverse and multi-talented “IN A SNAP!” staff works with schools from tryouts through the end of their seasons.

Under her tenure, Competitive Cheerleading at UGA won a Cheersport National Championship, had two consecutive 4th place finishes at NCA College Nationals, and made many notable appearances.  They were featured three times in American Cheerleader Magazine including being recognized as one of the top 10 all girl programs in the country.  Team camp attendees have also excelled at the regional and state level.

NYO CHEER is very excited about future projects with “IN A SNAP!” Cheer Camps and Choreography.”  Their continued support and teamwork with our cheerleaders will continue to bring great things to our program.  Keep an eye out for opportunities to work with Lori and her team in the near future and be sure to mark your calendars for next summer’s NYO CHEER camps, June 10-14 and July 15-19.  See you there!
